1. What we collect

Acresbee does not require you to create an account. We only collect personal information when you voluntarily give it to us — for example, when you initiate a WhatsApp chat, send us an email inquiry via the contact page, or request property documents.

The information we may collect includes: your name, phone number, and email address. We do not collect payment information.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry about a specific property
• To share property documents (Patta, FMB, EC) on request
• To schedule site visits
• To send you updates about new listings, only if you ask us to

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. WhatsApp

When you click "Chat with Owner" and send a message via WhatsApp, your phone number becomes visible to us. This is a direct, person-to-person channel. Your number is stored only for the purpose of that conversation and is not added to any mailing list.

4. Google Maps

Property pages embed Google Maps iframes for location reference. Google may set cookies when you interact with the map. Acresbee does not control these cookies. Review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Cookies and analytics

Acresbee currently does not use any analytics tools or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and load scripts only after informing users.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you at any time. Write to us at hello@acresbee.com or via the contact page.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
